Delivery lead times for personalised Items
We aim to get your cards to you as quickley as possible. Lead time is 5 working days where the pen is in stock and from approval of proof but it is quite usual for our cards or calendars to reach you well before that point, basically the earlier you order the quicker you will get your order!
Delivery is by 'signed for' courier and to the address stated on the order. Should you wish to change the delivery address, you can, providing it is within good time, you can do so by calling the offices on 020 8133 1981 or by emailing email@example.com.
If the courier calls when you are not there
Should the courier arrive when you are not there a card will be left with a telephone number to call to either, arrange a more convenient time, or you may have wish to pick up your parcel from the depot, in both respects please use the courier contact details provided.
Leave a message for the courier
You may also leave instruction for the courier, although Pipedream cannot be held responsible for any lost packages!
